Job summary

Solventum is hiring an Analytics Application Developer to drive healthcare analytics for HIS products. You will lead analytics solutions, implement scalable reporting, and shape data-driven strategies across US and global customers.

Qualifications include a CS/Math/Data Science degree, 3+ years in software development, strong SQL and Python skills, and AWS BI integration experience. This is a fully remote role with up to 5% travel.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or related field is required.
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools, preferably Amazon QuickSight, in academic or professional settings.
  • Familiarity with AWS services (S3, Athena, Redshift, RDS) and integration with BI tools for visualization.
  • Solid internship or co-op experience in BI, data analytics, or dashboard development.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data modeling; ability to transform raw data into insights.
  • Proficiency in Python or similar data development language.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail; ability to create user-friendly dashboards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead healthcare analytics software solutions for HIS products within an agile engineering team.
  • Implement enterprise-scale application and reporting solutions for customers.
  • Define design, code, and deliver Solventum HIS products and customer solutions.
  • Support product development for customers across the US and globally; collaborate with other teams on data-driven products.
