Job summary

Best Buy Campus Workplace Experience Associate Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Richfield, Minnesota. On-site Monday–Thursday at the corporate office; Fridays may be remote from home or another location.

You will oversee campus amenities, conference services, and workplace programs to create a welcoming, productive environment. You will partner with leaders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and continuously improve the employee experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in workplace strategy, hospitality, facilities, campus operations, or employee services.
• 1+ years experience managing vendors and service providers.
• 1+ years experience in project management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee conference services, meeting spaces, and event operations.
• Manage employee-facing amenities such as cafés, breakrooms, wellness spaces, and collaboration areas.
• Lead workplace experience programs that support engagement and collaboration.
• Partner with business leaders, HR, and employee groups to deliver workplace events and initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor service standards, workplace metrics, and opportunities for improvement.
