Job summary

Home Helpers Home Care - Delaware in Delaware, OH is seeking an organized Hiring and Operations Manager to lead caregiver recruiting, screening, and hiring, and to support day-to-day operations.

You will handle background checks, onboarding, scheduling, payroll assistance, and client intakes, working closely with the owner to improve how the agency runs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hiring and scheduling experience in home care or similar field.
• Experience with payroll, billing or QuickBooks.
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, professional manner with caregivers and families.
• Strong organization and follow-through, and comfort with HIPAA and client privacy.

Home Helpers Home Care in Delaware, Ohio provides non-medical in-home care that helps older adults and others live safely and comfortably at home. We are looking for an organized, people-focused Hiring and Operations Manager to take over caregiver recruiting and hiring and to support day-to-day operations.

In this role you will:

• Recruit, screen, interview and hire caregivers, from the first posting to the first shift
• Run background checks, reference checks and onboarding so every caregiver is ready and compliant
• Coordinate caregiver training and keep caregivers engaged so they stay with us

You may be a great fit if you have:

• 3 or more years of hiring and scheduling experience in home care or a similar field
• Experience with payroll, billing or QuickBooks, or a strong willingness to learn
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, professional manner with caregivers and families
• Strong organization and follow-through, and comfort with HIPAA and client privacy
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
