Home Helpers Home Care in Delaware, Ohio seeks an organized Hiring and Operations Manager to recruit caregivers, manage onboarding, and support day-to-day operations. You will oversee background checks, training coordination, scheduling, and client intakes while ensuring HIPAA compliance and compassionate caregiver relations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hiring and scheduling experience in home care or similar field.
• Experience with payroll, billing or QuickBooks, or willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and professional caregiver relations.
• Strong organization and HIPAA/client privacy awareness.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, interview and hire caregivers from posting to first shift.
• Run background and reference checks and onboarding for compliance.
• Coordinate caregiver training and engagement to reduce turnover.
• Support scheduling and last-minute coverage for clients.
• Assist with billing, payroll, records and new client intakes.
• Collaborate with owner to improve agency operations.
