Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Hiring Journey Analyst to provide the best candidate experience while ensuring fast and accurate processes for client openings. You will be the main liaison between BairesDev and candidates in your pipeline, advancing them through the recruiting process for tech and non-tech roles.

Core duties include coordinating interviews, coding challenges, and maintaining detailed applicant records.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with candidates and follow up on their process, acting as a point of contact and building influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Keep detailed records of past applicants' information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations.
• Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• Prepare candidates before interviews with clients, coordinate interviews and coding challenges, and participate in client interviews as the nexus between candidate and client.
• Schedule interviews, coding challenges, tests, and assessments while maintaining candidates' interest and engagement.
• Collect and convey the complete experience and information of a high volume of potential fits for our openings so Staffing can allocate resources efficiently.

Hiring Journey Analyst at BairesDev

As a Hiring Journey Specialist, you'll provide the best hiring experience for candidates while ensuring a fast and accurate process to meet client needs and deadlines. You'll be the main focal point for all communications between BairesDev and the candidates in your pipeline, responsible for advancing them within the recruiting process for both internal and external client openings, including tech and non-tech profiles.
