Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Hiring Journey Associate to enhance candidate experience and support a smooth recruiting process for client openings. You will be a primary contact between candidates and BairesDev, guiding applicants through the pipeline and advancing them through interviews.

Qualifications

• Experience in candidate-facing roles is a plus.
• Strong communication and organization are essential.
• Ability to coordinate interviews and manage data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with candidates, following up on their process and helping ensure their engagement, acting as a contact point and building relationships during the selection process.
• Maintain records of applicants' information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations.
• Help assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and fit.
• Support candidates before interviews with clients, help coordinate interviews and assessments with candidates, and participate in client interviews.
• Schedule interviews, coding challenges, tests, and assessments while maintaining candidates' interest.
• Gather and communicate candidate experience and information for potential fits so that our Staffing team can make informed decisions.
