Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process ROI requests accurately and timely while protecting patient privacy.
• Review patient authorizations for HIPAA compliance and validity.
• Log, classify, and track requests in ROI software; update records.
• Perform quality checks and verify invoicing accuracy; release records to authorized entities.
• Escalate unusual requests and connectivity or security issues to supervisor.
