The role involves logging requests, performing quality checks, handling invoicing, and responding to client inquiries. On-site or remote assignments may occur, with evolving facility coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (GED) required; degree preferred.
• Prior experience with ROI fulfillment preferred.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to prioritize, organize, and meet deadlines.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office; experience with EHR/EMR platforms.
• English reading/writing proficiency; bilinguals desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process ROI requests for medical records with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure HIPAA and other federal/state privacy compliance for each request.
• Log and track requests in ROI software; classify and route appropriately.
• Retrieve and upload chart data from applicable repositories.
• Perform quality control to prevent PHI breaches and ensure data integrity.
• Prepare accurate invoices and billing materials for clients.
• Respond to requestor inquiries in a professional, timely manner.
