The role requires proficiency with EHR systems, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security requirements.
• Experience with medical records, release-of-information, and health information management workflows.
• Ability to review documents for patient identity, completeness, and correct placement in the record.

Responsabilités

• Process medical record and ROI requests per policy.
• Maintain and audit EHR records and HIM tracking tools.
• Ensure proper disclosures and document all ROI activities.
• Support quality reviews and improve health-information workflows.
