Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Initiate and index new health records and maintain log indexes.
• Perform regular health record audits and quality checks.
• Coordinate physician documentation and coding as required.
• Prepare statistical reports and manage access to patient information.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and community health record regulations.
