• Validates and processes release of information requests with HIPAA compliance.
• Interprets legal documents and assigns guardianship or parental rights flags as needed.
• Manages MyChart-based requests, ensuring proper authorizations and signatures.
• Analyzes court orders to determine appropriate record release actions.
• Retrieves documentation from paper and electronic records for specialized requests.
• Handles billing for medical record requests and coordinates chart orders across locations.
• Indexes requests for audit readiness and tracking.
• Supports compliance, privacy, and confidentiality standards in all release processes.
