Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a Dashboard and Reporting Development contractor in Indianapolis to analyze, report, and develop recommendations on data related to complex business metrics.

You will create and maintain databases, develop performance reports (claims, provider, utilization data), and publish periodic and ad‑hoc reports; prefer candidates with PowerBI and Tableau experience and the ability to translate business requirements into decision support tools.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in a related field with at least 3 years of data analysis or equivalent experience.
• Experience with relational databases, query tools, and statistical software.
• Ability to manipulate large data sets and derive insights.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, report, and develop recommendations on data related to complex business metrics.
• Create and maintain databases to track business performance.
• Analyze data and summarize performance using statistical procedures.
• Develop and analyze business performance reports (claims, provider, utilization data) and identify deviations and anomalies.
• Create and publish periodic reports and ad‑hoc reports.
