Job summary

Zekai is seeking a Hindi bilingual expert for a 100% remote contractor role. You will review Hindi audio content, judge nativeness and fluency, and provide precise linguistic feedback in English to inform AI model training. No AI domain experience required beyond your linguistic expertise.

Strong attention to detail and clear communication are essential. Ideal candidates have native Hindi proficiency, at least B2 English, and a background in linguistics or voice-related fields.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Hindi with clear enunciation and fluency.
• Minimum B2 level proficiency in English for written and verbal communication.
• Background in voice specialization, linguistics, phonetics, or related fields is preferred.
• Experience with audio analysis, transcription, or linguistic assessment is valued.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to articulate nuanced language differences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clarity and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Listen to audio clips in Hindi and evaluate nativeness and fluency of speaker or model output.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity per guidelines.
• Document assessments with clear written feedback in English, noting key factors.
• Provide detailed justifications for each evaluation to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements or address ambiguities.
• Contribute insights to help improve AI model performance in Hindi language understanding.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of audio review tasks with high quality.
