The role requires strong Urdu and English, attention to detail, and experience guiding remote trainers and QAs. Compensation is hourly with flexible remote collaboration across international teams.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Urdu proficiency with strong reading and writing skills.
• Strong grasp of English to follow guidelines and provide clear feedback.
• 3+ years of Urdu writing, editing, translation, localization, or QA workflows.

Responsibilities

• Quality monitoring: spot-check Urdu items and provide ongoing feedback.
• Trainer and QA communication: update trainers on guidelines and changes.
• Question handling: respond clearly on Urdu wording, translation fidelity and context.
• Trainer/QA activation management: DM inactive contributors and flag issues.
• Documentation: create Urdu project documentation, style guides, FAQs, trackers.
• Onboarding and training: run onboarding calls on expectations and rubrics.
• Quality alignment: ensure consistent Urdu guidelines across teams.
• Process improvement: identify gaps and propose scalable QA processes.
