• 2+ years as a supervisor/manager in a healthcare setting
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to other facilities

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a work team while maintaining high standards.
• Respond to authorization documents and address processing issues.
• Respond to provider inquiries escalated by the case resolution department.
• Research and verify information on authorization documents.
