Responsibilities

• Obtain medical records and secure incomplete data for clean claim submission.
• Examine documents and determine proper placement in paper or electronic records.
• Pre-scan validation of new claims to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance for patient records and information.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and revenue targets.
