Qualifikationen

• RHIT preferred with 3+ years leadership in HIM/ROI operations.
• Alternate path: HS diploma with 8+ years HIM, including 3 years supervisory.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with EHR and electronic document management systems; Epic preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software and basic grammar/spelling.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills in writing and speech.
• Ability to collaborate to understand data integrity within the EHR.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to participate in 24-hour on-call rotation.
