Cayuga Health is seeking a Health Information Management (HIM) Assistant at Cayuga Medical Center in Ithaca to manage and organize health information within the Epic EHR system. You will collaborate with HIM staff, maintain confidentiality per HIPAA, and support general administrative duties.

Qualifikationen

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or HIM certification preferred.
• Experience with Epic EHR or similar systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and HIPAA standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.

• Scan physical documents and medical records into the Epic EHR system.
