Responsibilities

• Collect, prepare, scan, process, copy and respond to medical record inquiries in accordance with policies.
• Open mail, request and release medical information, prepare records for scanning, file, copy and fax information.
• Enter data into databases accurately and generate required reports.
• Provide auditors with complete documentation to support reimbursement and reduce denials.
