Job summary

Responsibilities include processing chart assembly, auditing for completeness, and coordinating with transcription services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire and maintained.
• Ability to communicate effectively in verbal, written, and electronic forms.
• Ability to multitask with strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient chart types and scan documents into the EMR.
• Assist with Release of Information and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Answer phones and provide receptionist support.
• Support office operations and patient information workflow.
• Prepare records for audits and maintain confidentiality.
