Lead the HIM department ensuring completeness, accuracy, integrity and security of health information and related databases.
Monitor storage, retention and ROI; conduct data analysis and prepare reports.
Supervise Health Information clerks, technicians, transcriptionists and coders; participate in budget planning and control.
