Job summary

College Medical Center, part of College Health Enterprises, seeks a Manager of Health Information Management to oversee daily HIM operations across multiple facilities. You will ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance, and efficient workflow while guiding staff and standardizing processes.

Responsibilities include overseeing timing, workflows, training, audits, and collaboration with the Director to drive improvements in compliance and performance within the HIM department.

Qualifications

• RHIT or RHIA certification required.
• Minimum of two years of technical and supervisory experience.
• Computer competency in Health Information Management applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HIM operations across facilities, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
• Provide oversight and workflow guidance for HIM staff in the main area.
• Coordinate staffing and training with the Director of Health Information Management.
• Monitor HIM metrics such as delinquent records and turnaround times.
• Assist in audits, surveys and regulatory reporting requirements.
