Responsabilités

• Lead housekeeping teams and inspect rooms to meet cleanliness standards.
• Open/close office, lead morning stand-up meetings, and coordinate with Front Desk.
• Assess room inventory, assign rooms, and verify room status.

We work hard but have fun doing it and are proud of our commitment to excellence and outstanding guest service.Job DutiesThe job of the Rooms Inspector is to lead housekeeping teams, inspect rooms, ensure smooth operations of the department and work closely with the Executive Housekeeper and other hotel departments.Lead, train and supervise Room Attendants and Housepersons in a designated area to ensure all rooms and public areas meet established cleanliness and quality standards.Work with Executive Housekeeper, Housekeeping Supervisor and others to support the daily operation of the department, including opening/closing of the office, leading morning stand up meetings and communicating with the Front Desk.Assess room inventory, assign rooms for cleaning and inspect rooms.Verify and report status and/or discrepancies of rooms.Monitor linen rooms, carts and designated inventories.Coordinate with Engineering Department to ensure efficient maintenance and repair of items related to guest rooms and public areas.Perform Room Attendant, Houseperson or laundry duties as needed.Greet guests in a friendly and warm manner, answer their questions and address any issues with the team to ensure the guest’s stay is a positively memorable experience.Shamin Hotels is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds.
