Job summary

Quality Oil Co. is seeking a dependable Shuttle Driver to transport guests to and from local destinations in a hotel setting. You will assist guests with luggage, provide information about hotel services, and represent the property with a welcoming attitude.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, knowledge of the local area, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. It is a fast-paced environment demanding punctuality, reliability, and attentiveness to guests’ needs.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and meet DMV criteria for driving a company vehicle.
• Strong knowledge of local area (restaurants, attractions, etc.).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-service oriented.
• Strong initiative and work ethic; punctual and reliable with regular attendance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; maintain detail orientation.
• Excellent communications skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to follow written or oral instructions from a supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Drive guests to/from local destinations (e.g., airport, business, attractions) in a company vehicle.
• Drive company vehicle for business-related errands.
• Assist arriving and departing guests with luggage.
• Inspect, clean, and service the company vehicle (oil, gas, etc.).
• Maintain mileage logbooks.
• Listen and respond to guests' requests or complaints.
• Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and amenities.
• Provide information about local attractions and services.
• Promote hotel services, facilities, and amenities.
