Job summary

Apsilon Hotels, LLC is seeking a Shuttle Driver to provide reliable transportation to guests during their stay. You will greet guests, assist with boarding, and help load luggage while maintaining a clean, safe vehicle.

You will also complete daily inspections, monitor fluid levels, and ensure fuel is sufficient for trips. This role requires GPS proficiency, at least one year of driving experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills: English speaking, reading, and writing.
• Proficiency using GPS devices.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Valid Georgia Driver's License.
• 21+ years of age.
• A minimum of one year of related driving experience.
• Knowledge of workplace and road safety policies/procedures.
• Must be insurable under the company's insurance policy for drivers.

Responsibilities

• Follow policies and procedures to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
• Greet guests, assist with entering and exiting the vehicle, and load guest baggage into proper storage area.
• Maintain the vehicle's physical condition and report repairs to the appropriate department.
• Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and obtain annual inspections as necessary.
• Actively communicate with Front Office Manager and Front Desk staff regarding travel requests.
• Routinely travel to the airport or other destinations within the shuttle's established mile radius.
• Ensure shuttle has an adequate amount of fuel for travel.
• Report accidents, injuries, unsafe working conditions, and damage to the appropriate manager(s).
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Must obtain an up-to-date physical examination from the Department of Transportation.
