Job summary

CDR Maguire delivers engineering consulting services in the Greater Boston area and seeks a Project Manager – Highways to lead highway design and transportation analyses in our Transportation Engineering Division.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in transportation project management, 10+ years in highway engineering, a Massachusetts PE license, and MassDOT experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and related tools.

Qualifications

5+ years of transportation project management experience.
10+ years highway engineering experience.
Bachelor's in Civil Engineering; Master's preferred; PE licensed in Massachusetts is required.
Experience with MassDOT design manuals, procedures, specifications, standards, and related software.

Responsibilities

Lead Project Manager on major local and regional transportation projects.
Develop client relationships and provide senior technical guidance.
Mentor engineering staff and coordinate across roadway, traffic, planning teams.
Develop scope, schedule, and monitor project budgets.
Perform highway analysis, geometric layouts, and design calculations; prepare reports.
