Qualifications

• A-Level, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent qualification.
• HND or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Highways, Construction, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections of the highway network to identify defects.
• Document findings using appropriate systems and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to statutory obligations for highway maintenance.
• Investigate reported highway issues and develop maintenance recommendations.
• Conduct site visits, measurements, surveys, and fact-finding missions.
• Assist with detailed investigations such as drainage surveys, trial holes, and core assessments.
