Qualifications
- PE license is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 10+ years of highway/traffic experience.
- Proven leadership & mentoring ability.
- Strong client communication & business development experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and delivery of highway/traffic projects.
- Mentor staff and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgets.
- Support business development and client relations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards and safety requirements.
