The role emphasizes business development, project leadership, budget stewardship, and collaboration with directors to grow the practice across the Houston metro area. Minimum 10 years of progressive experience required.

Qualifications

• TX PE license required.
• 10+ years transportation engineering experience.
• Experience leading transportation design and planning teams.
• Strong client relationship and business development skills.
• Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, guidance, and technical expertise to the Transportation Team.
• Manage professional staff, project managers and large teams with budgets.
• Ensure milestones, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and pursue opportunities.
• Lead civil design and production staff on transportation projects.
• Mentor staff and drive professional growth and development.
• Oversee multiple Traffic/ITS projects, ensuring timeliness and quality.
• Collaborate with directors and operations leadership to meet goals.
