TRP Construction Group, LLC, with locations in Texas, seeks a Permanent Sign Laborer to join its highway striping team. You will be trained to operate equipment and perform installations for highways and subdivisions.

Responsibilities include driving trucks, following DOT and safety guidelines, and performing equipment maintenance. A valid driver’s license is required; CDL is a plus. Background checks and MVR are part of the hiring process.

Qualifikationen

• Self-starter with a strong work ethic.
• Experience in sign installation or highway construction is a plus.
• Must pass pre-employment background checks (criminal, driving, substances).
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record; CDL preferred.
• Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations.
• Ability to perform simple arithmetic.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and ability to work with mechanics.
• Comfort with smartphones and apps; adapt to new technology and processes.
• Ability to adjust to changing work schedules.

Aufgaben

• Work with sign crew to install permanent signs for highways and subdivisions.
• Follow DOT and quality guidelines to maximize production.
• Drive company trucks to transport materials and equipment to job sites.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspection forms and ensure equipment works.
• Perform maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Properly load material on trucks.
• Maintain required safety equipment and uniform for each job.
