Job summary

TRP Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Pavement Markings Operator to join our highway striping team. You will be trained to operate thermoplastic trucks, paint trucks, hand machines, and other equipment while following DOT and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include installing markings, loading materials, and performing pre/post-trip inspections. A valid driver’s license is required; CDL preferred. Night/weekend work and travel may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in pavement marking or highway construction is a plus.
• Must pass pre-employment background checks (criminal, driving record, drug testing).
• Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install thermoplastic, waterborne paint and other pavement markings on highways.
• Comply with DOT and quality guidelines while maintaining production.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and ensure equipment is in good working order.
• Load materials and maintain safety equipment and uniforms required for each job.
