Job summary

TRP Construction Group, LLC is seeking a skilled Pavement Marking CDL A or B Driver to join our highway striping crew. This role supports road safety and precise pavement marking across projects in Texas.

Responsibilities include installing markings, operating airless paint machines and related equipment, performing pre-trip inspections, and ensuring DOT compliance. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or B license with a clean driving record.
• Experience operating heavy trucks and/or pavement marking equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Install thermoplastic and waterborne pavement markings.
• Operate pavement marking equipment including airless paint machines.
• Drive company vehicles safely per DOT regulations and company standards.
• Transport pavement marking equipment and crew to job sites.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and related documentation.
• Set up and operate pavement marking equipment as needed.
• Maintain equipment and vehicle cleanliness and proper loading.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures on the road and job sites.
