TRP Construction Group, LLC is hiring a Permanent Sign Laborer to join our Highway Striping Team. You will learn to operate equipment such as auger, skid steer, unidriver, and concrete mixer, while working to install permanent highway and subdivision signs.

• Ability to operate basic equipment and adapt to schedules.

Responsibilities

• Work with sign crew to install permanent signs for highways and subdivisions.
• Follow DOT and quality guidelines while maximizing production.
• Drive company trucks to transport materials and equipment to job sites.
• Adhere to safety policies and perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain and repair equipment as needed.
• Load materials on trucks and ensure proper safety gear is used.
