Job summary
Jacobs is seeking a Highway Project Manager to lead roadway and highway improvement projects across New Jersey and the Northeast. You will oversee projects from concept through final design and construction, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and maintaining strong client relationships to deliver safe, connected infrastructure.
The role requires a Civil Engineering background, a PE license, and experience with NJDOT/NJTA or municipal clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and PE license.
- Experience delivering NJ transportation projects (NJDOT/NJTA/municipal).
- Ability to lead highway projects from concept through construction.
- Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency with standard office and engineering software.
Responsibilities
- Manage highway and roadway projects through all phases of development.
- Lead multidisciplinary design teams and coordinate with clients and stakeholders.
- Support business development efforts and contribute to proposals.
- Provide technical and strategic guidance on transportation initiatives.
