Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Current Florida P.E. license with the ability to serve as Engineer of Record (EOR).
• Significant post‑graduate experience in transportation and highway engineering, including leading roadway design projects.
• Experience with FDOT districts and Florida Turnpike Enterprise projects.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver complex roadway projects per FDOT standards.
• Strong knowledge of FDOT project development processes and roadway design standards.
• Proven ability to build relationships with FDOT, clients, stakeholders, and project teams.

Aufgaben

• Serve as Project Manager for highway and bridge design projects, including operational and safety improvements.
• Lead technical teams in developing solutions to complex roadway design challenges.
• Provide technical expertise by formulating and developing advanced design concepts, techniques, and standards.
• Ensure effective utilization of engineering personnel while maintaining high technical quality standards.
• Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to secure new projects and expand client relationships within FDOT Districts 2, 4, 5, 6, and 7, and Florida Turnpike Enterprise.
