Position overview: Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc., a leader in maintenance management for over 50 years, is seeking a full-time Highway Maintenance Technician with a CDL-A in the Savannah, GA area. The role involves roadway maintenance tasks, compliance with all relevant regulations, and adherence to company policies.

Requirements:

• Clean driving record
• Must pass criminal background check
• CDL Class A
• Heavy equipment experience

Preferred skills:

• Minimum 1 year related experience
• Roadway maintenance or construction skills
• MOT certifications

Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation to/from the office
• Ability to follow directions and produce quality work efficiently
• Commitment to safety and proper operation of tools and equipment
• Knowledge of local driving laws
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in various environmental conditions and using smartphones and applications
• Flexible schedule, including overtime, nights, and weekends
