Qualifications

• Two years of related work experience; or an approved acceptable equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment (backhoe, excavator, lowboy truck tractor) to complete concrete repair work orders.
• Coordinate placement of traffic control devices to set up work zones according to SCDOT guidelines.
• Operate dump truck with snow plow attachment and sand spreader to remove snow and ice on highways and bridges.
• May assist with emergencies as needed.
