Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required, plus 18 months of related experience.

• Familiarity with MSDS and maintenance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman with supervising a crew performing routine maintenance on state routes.
• Help train lower-level employees on safety procedures and maintenance techniques.
• Assist with planning, coordinating, and directing crew activities to complete tasks.
• Maintain documentation and reports related to maintenance operations.
• Support operation of assigned equipment and conduct regular route inspections.
