The Illinois Department of Transportation seeks a Highway Analyst (Technical Manager III) to review, update, and maintain the HPMS data, ensuring accuracy and FHWA compliance. This role requires data analysis, GIS applications, and database management to support planning and inventory systems.

You will coordinate with district offices and federal agencies, apply strong planning and organizational skills, and travel statewide as needed.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, statistics, GIS, computer science, or related field.
Two years of college plus two years of data analysis/GIS experience.
Six years of experience in data analysis.
Familiarity with ESRI ArcGIS or other GIS systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to analyze federal and state data regulations for reporting compliance.
Strong planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel statewide occasionally.
