Qualifikationen

• Requires a four-year college degree in business, marketing, mathematics, statistics, public administration, or project management.
• Requires four years of progressively responsible administrative experience in researching, extracting, compiling, analyzing, and summarizing data and developing reports.
• Preference for two years of GIS experience and three years of supervisory experience.
• Preference for intermediate skills with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

• Plans, develops, organizes, and manages data collection, analysis, and reporting to meet federal and state requirements.
• Oversees the production and publication of roadway, structure, and traffic datasets.
• Prepares briefings and presentations for leadership on data and system performance.
• Serves as full-line supervisor and manages the Pavement Condition Rating Survey data collection and statewide classifications.
• Ensures accuracy, consistency, and standardization of data across districts.
