High End Insurance Sales Agency seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated and self-managed, capable of working independently without supervision.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money out of desperation.
• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales.
• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-50-70/month).
• Uncoachable individuals with a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information.
• Agents comfortable discussing high premiums, with our average client paying over $250/month.
• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are not a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

On average, our agents invest between $1,000 and $1,500 weekly on leads, generating premiums between $7,000 and $15,000.

We do not participate in lead assist programs.

Our contracts are competitive, and we provide a proven training system and trusted lead sources to our agents.
