We are seeking self-motivated, self-managed sales professionals who excel without supervision.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate
• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales
• Agents who require hand-holding at every step
• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month)
• Uncoachable individuals with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively engage clients
• Agents comfortable discussing high premiums, with clients paying over $250/month

Our company partners with premium lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We operate exclusively through virtual sales via phone or Zoom, avoiding traditional low-premium products like final expense or mortgage protection. Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums. We do not participate in lead assist programs, but we offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are expanding our team and invite motivated agents to join us.
