High-End Insurance Sales Agency Opportunity

We are seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently without needing hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who are desperate to make money
• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads
• Agents who need constant guidance and support
• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month)
• Uncoachable agents with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well
• Agents comfortable selling high-premium policies (average over $250/month)
• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We operate exclusively through virtual meetings via phone and Zoom. Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 to $15,000 in premiums.
