High End Insurance Sales Agency Hiring Top Performers

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing salespeople who excel independently and do not require hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who are desperate to make money
• Agents unable to purchase their own leads
• Agents who need guidance at every step
• Agents selling low premium policies ($30-50-70/month)
• Uncoachable agents with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well
• Agents comfortable with high premiums (average over $250/month)

Our company partners with premium lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We operate exclusively through virtual meetings (telephone and Zoom), focusing on high-value policies.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating premiums between $7,000 and $15,000. We do not participate in lead assist programs and offer high starting contracts, supported by a proven training system and trusted lead sources.
