Job description

High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and don't need their hand held.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

  • Agents who NEED to make money urgently and are desperate.
  • Agents who CAN'T buy their own leads to make sales.
  • Agents who NEED their hand held every step of the way.
  • Cheap agents who sell policies for $30-$70/month.
  • People who are NOT coachable and have a giant ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

  • An agent who is competent, speaks well, and can communicate effectively.
  • An agent who isn't scared of showing high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month if you know what you're doing.
  • An agent who doesn't need motivation; you are ready to follow a system that already works.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers selling high-ticket IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are NOT your traditional life insurance company selling traditional life, final expense, mortgage protection, or low-premium policies.

We operate throughout the US via virtual sales (telephone and Zoom meetings).

Our average agent spends $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium.

We do NOT participate in lead assist programs.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.

We just need more agents.
