Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Demand Generation Manager – Higher Education to lead strategy, development, and execution of full-funnel programs that drive engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue within the higher education vertical.

The role aligns marketing with sales, partner programs, and thought leadership initiatives across digital, content, events, and ABM. Reporting to the Associate Director, Demand Generation (Public Sector), you will scale SHI’s presence in higher education

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years marketing experience with higher education/public sector focus preferred.
• Willingness to travel 15–20% is required.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute full-funnel demand generation campaigns for the higher education market.
• Translate campaigns into vertical-specific engagement strategies aligned with priorities and buying groups.
• Orchestrate multi-channel programs across digital, content, events, and ABM to drive engagement and pipeline growth.
• Align messaging, targeting, and execution within the program-to-campaign framework.
• Collaborate with sales to align marketing strategies with account plans and growth objectives.
• Lead strategy for higher education tradeshow participation and post-event follow-up.
• Manage partner-funded campaigns and MDF investments to maximize reach and pipeline impact.
• Provide regular reporting on KPI performance and optimization opportunities.
