Job summary

SHI is seeking a Demand Generation Manager – Higher Education to lead the strategy, development, and execution of full-funnel marketing programs targeting higher education. You will translate SHI’s broader Public Sector campaigns into education-specific engagement strategies, aligning with procurement cycles and buying groups.

The role partners with the higher education sales team to ensure alignment between marketing programs, field execution, and sales priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing/Business or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience with higher education/public sector focus.
• Willingness to travel approximately 15–20%.
• Strong ability to execute multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, events, and ABM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute full-funnel demand generation campaigns tailored to the higher education market.
• Coordinate multi-channel programs across digital, content, events, and ABM to drive engagement and pipeline growth.
• Partner with sales teams to align marketing strategies with account plans and growth objectives.
• Own higher education campaign landing pages and ensure optimization, relevance, and brand consistency.
