Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, data science, social sciences, education, business analytics, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of increasingly responsible experience in institutional effectiveness, research, assessment, strategic planning, accreditation, or related field within higher education.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes data to inform strategic planning and decision making.
• Develops dashboards and reporting for accreditation and program review.
• Ensures data quality, validation, and documentation of methods.
• Supports grant reporting and progress monitoring.
• Collaborates with departments to align assessment with institutional priorities.
• Performs labor market research and environmental scans.
• Communicates findings to leadership and stakeholders.
• Oversees data collection for grants and externally funded initiatives.
