Job summary

Pearson is seeking passionate Specialists, Inside Sales to expand our digital, print, and service solutions for higher education. You will engage with faculty via virtual meetings, calls, and email, aiming to connect with at least 15 faculty daily using consultative sales to form partnerships.

You will forecast with OneCRM/Salesforce, collaborate with enterprise teams to promote Inclusive Access, and support a transition to subscription-based materials to improve affordability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum 2 years of outstanding sales performance in the higher education market.
• Proficient with Office tools and mobile tech.
• Experience with consultative selling to faculty.

Responsibilities

• Engage with faculty via virtual meetings, calls, and email.
• Connect with at least 15 faculty daily using consultative sales techniques.
• Track and forecast using OneCRM (Salesforce.com).
• Collaborate with enterprise sales to promote Inclusive Access.
