Job summary

Pearson seeks a Specialist, Inside Sales to drive adoption of digital, print and service solutions in higher education. You will engage faculty via virtual meetings, phone calls, and email, targeting at least 15 faculty members daily using consultative sales techniques to build partnerships and expand Inclusive Access.

The role emphasizes organization, accurate forecasting with OneCRM, collaboration with enterprise account teams, and ongoing knowledge of Pearson products to support student

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of exceptional sales performance in higher education or related field.
• Proficiency with Office tools, mobile tech, computer apps, and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage faculty via virtual meetings, phone calls, and email.
• Connect with at least 15 faculty members daily using consultative sales techniques.
• Maintain accurate and timely tracking and forecasting using OneCRM (Salesforce).
• Collaborate with enterprise account-level sales to promote Inclusive Access and services.
• Develop strategic plans at territory and adoption levels.
• Deliver tech sales presentations and conduct training sessions for students.
• Collaborate with customer success, subject matter experts, and operations to ensure faculty satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with Pearson products, platforms, and industry trends.
